Journal of Landscape Research(ISSN 1943-989X) is a monthly academic journal founded by Wu Chu (USA-China) Science & Culture Media Co. (Cranston, USA) in January, 2009. The journal covers the design, construction, protection, planning and management of natural and cultural landscapes, involving various disciplines such as land, mountain, water, climate, plant, architecture, ecological environment and so on, and meanwhile, updates its readers on the latest technological developments, innovation and application of design concepts as well as appreciation of landscaping works. Such a globe-oriented journal is to expand the transmission of Chinese landscape researches, provide Chinese researchers opportunities to participate in international academic exchanges, and promote the influence power of Chinese landscape researches worldwide. Currently, it has been included by the CAB International (CABI, an international authority of the search tools), Library of Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), TROPAG & RURAL database (Royal Dutch Library) and Library of Naresuan University (Thailand). In addition, the editorial office has contacted with many international well-known databases.
